In addition, he is an Engaged Learning Fellow and recipient of the Greer Garson Excellence in Acting Award. Roderick’s artistic interests include theater for the oppressed, social justice movements, life as performance and the intersectionality of being Black, queer and poor. He’s also worked regionally with the Dallas Theatre Center in their production of As You Like it and as Sorin in The Eccentric Bear Theater Company’s Production of The Seagull by Anton Chekhov.
