Allisha Edwards is a black comedian, writer and performer based in Brooklyn. Raised in a military family, she hails from the diverse strip mall that is Northern Virginia. Credits include 2024 UCB Maude Sketch Team, the all black improv team PWI (Magnet), Produces and hosts the love advice improv show Shoulda/Coulda/Woulda (BCC) among others. Outside of comedy, Allisha is the 2024 Spring literary intern and previous assistant director at the Vineyard Theatre, is in pre-production for her short film and workshopping her full length play. Her work leans toward finding absurdity in the mundane and the devastating.
Fernanda Brigneti is a writer and performer based in Brooklyn. Born and raised in Peru, where she was first introduced to comedy through improv. Fernanda has written and performed in various sketch shows, including her class revue from the Comedy Studies semester at Second City. She continues her journey at Brooklyn Comedy Collective, as a member of improv teams “Que” and “God’s Website”. Her comedy consists of throwing you off with her bubbly personality and immigrant charm, some might say the female George Lopez, while mixing it with absurdist and dark humor.
Jack Maloney is a Comedian/Content Creator/Actor/Writer/Producer with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State University. Recently, Jack became a video producer for Betches Media and performer on UCB Maude Team VILLAIN!. In 2023, Jack was a Semi-Finalist in YASSS Fest, NYC’s Queer Comedy Festival. Jack has training in stand-up, sketch, and improv from UCB, the PIT, the Comedy Cellar, and Second City. Jack loves creating larger than life characters, comedy songs, and parodying trends in his online content and live comedy. He is excited to be producing Night TV and is seeking representation. @thejackmaloney on all platforms.
Djuna Knight is a performer, writer, and director based in Brooklyn. They are only somewhat embarrassed to say they have their BFA in Acting (Syracuse University). They have a monthly improv show called Shoulda Coulda Woulda at the Brooklyn Comedy Collective which will be featured in the upcoming Fun & Dumb Improv Festival. They recently wrapped as a lead in the upcoming feature film POP POP which will be out on Mubi later this year. They’re thrilled to be back at Ars Nova’s ANT FEST after performing in keysmash in 2022. Djuna’s work focuses on queerness, transness, and silliness.
Lourdés Zamora is a Costa Rican – American actress and filmmaker. Known for her weekly comedy cabaret show at Club Cumming Nightcap! and various other live show productions throughout the years, she began as a standup comedian before finding a specialty in cabaret comedy and improvisational stylings since 2017. She has trained at The Upright Citizens Brigade in improv and sketch comedy since 2018, is a regular improv performer at Brooklyn Comedy Collective, has trained at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute since 2021.

Wilfredo Diaz (he/him) is a Philadelphia-trained sketch comedian and improviser. He has been featured on the Tonight Show and festivals such as Del Close Marathon, Steele Stacks, We The People, Fun & Dumb, and more.
Brittany Adebumola is a Brooklyn-born actor starring in the Onyx Collective / Hulu series The Other Black Girl. Previously, Brittany starred in one of the lead roles in the CW series 4400. Other credits include the Netflix series Grand Army and the Paramount+ series Guilty Party. She will also be seen in the upcoming series Demascus which premiered at SXSW. Her voice-over credits includes Adelita: Changing the Key and Love in Gravity. Brittany recently made her Broadway debut in Jaja’s African Hair Braiding. She graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Acting.
Daisy Walker is so excited to be a part of Night TV! A Brooklyn-based artist/actress/comic/costume designer/stylist, Daisy conceived of, produces, and performs in “The Most Shocking Season Finale Yet: an improvised episode of The Bachelor,” and is also a member of the indie improv team No Panties. Her other recent projects include costume designing a music video for rising pop star Lady Di Mega Diva and co-hosting a soon-to-be-released podcast called “The Silicone Sisters.” You can next catch her performing in the Fun and Dumb Improv Festival at Brooklyn Comedy Collective!
Brenna Power is a Seattle born, Brooklyn based actor, and filmmaker. She grew up acting from a young age and later attended Carnegie Mellon University’s BFA program. Her short film COLD & SARA, which she wrote, directed, produced, edited and starred in had its World Premiere at Slamdance Film Festival in 2023 and went on to play many other fests on the circuit. That same year she had a role in Damien Chazelle’s BABYLON and also broke her foot when a car ran over it. @brennapower

We welcome and encourage mask-wearing to protect yourself and others. However, as mask mandates have lifted and city, state and federal guidelines have changed, we will not be requiring them at performances.
We no longer require proof of vaccination, but we strongly encourage all audience members to get vaccinated and boosted in accordance with public health guidelines.
Our staff will clean and sanitize the theater and common areas and we’ll continue to provide hand sanitizer for your personal use.
Signage is posted in all spaces encouraging washing or sanitizing hands frequently.
Ars Nova is uncensored. We provide content advisories — to the best of our ability — to inform audiences when shows contain racial violence, racist language, sexual violence or nudity. We provide information about this type of content in advance, based on our core values, so that each audience member can make an informed decision about if and how they’d like to engage with that content. We welcome artists to share additional information about their shows based on their own core values.
Ars Nova is wheelchair accessible. If you wish or need to remain in your wheelchair throughout the show, our staff will remove the theater chair. This can be done by letting us know your needs/plans in advance; just email Declan Zhang. It can also be done without prior notice when you arrive! If you wish to transfer to the theater seat from your wheelchair, we are happy to store your wheelchair or motorized mobility aid in the lobby during the performance. The House Manager will return your mobility device to you at the end of the performance as this show has no intermission.
About 25% of the seating is on the ground floor of the theater and does not require using stairs to access. There are five six-inch steps to get into the building.
All remaining seats require no less than one and no more than three steps to access.
Licensed service animals (any dogs that are trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) are welcome at Ars Nova. They must rest in your seating area throughout the performance and are unable to occupy the aisle. Please bring proof of certification or a license for your service animal and be prepared to present it to the House Manager upon request. You can send advance notice to Declan Zhang, which is appreciated, but not required.
Our bathrooms are stalled, all gender restrooms – everyone is welcome to use any bathroom of their choice. We have two single-person restrooms in the lobby; with the wheelchair accessible option located right outside the theater on the first floor (doors 7 feet 10 inches x 3 feet 10.5 inches).
We have space that can be made to offer privacy for feeding should you need at any time. See the House Manager onsite and they will arrange a comfortable space, with storage and refrigeration for your materials.
The audience seating locations could be in, around and throughout the playing area. Performers will be within 3’ of you.
The seating is a combination of chairs.
Black Chairs with back: 19” wide x 32.25” high x 21.75” deep with a 500lb capacity
Black Counter height: 16.5” wide x 38” high x 18” deep with a 500lb capacity
The doors for entry into the building are 7 feet 10.5 inches x 3 feet 7 inches (external) and 7 feet 10 inches x feet 10.5 inches (internal).
Box Office height is 3 feet 6 inches and the Bar height is 3 feet 8.5 inches.
