JESSIE CANNIZZARO (she/her) is an actor, writer, comedian and lifelong New Yorker (who, fun fact, went to middle school with Eleanor). As an actor, she’s performed at The Old Globe, McCarter Theatre Center, New World Stages, Lincoln Center Education, Park Avenue Armory, The Flea, Signature Theatre and more. She was last seen on the Ars Nova stage in shows for ANT Fest and Uncharted. CAMP launched January 2021, and provides an eclectic group of creators with peer support and artistic feedback as they work on developing new comedic work in weekly meetings facilitated by Co-Program Directors Mahayla Laurence and Matt Gehring. Resident comedy teams, including dance, sketch, or improv collectives, or individuals such as character comedians and storytellers will culminate their CAMP residencies in full-length performances on Ars Nova Supra.
