Created & Performed by EMILY ALLAN & LEAH HENNESSEY
Directed by JOHN CAMERON MITCHELL
ABOUT THE SHOW
After a sold-out, four-month run at Mx Gallery in Chinatown, co-writers/directors/actors Emily Allan and Leah Hennessey bring the newest iteration of their “pop feminist tour de force” (Office) to Ars Nova for a workshop performance directed by John Cameron Mitchell.
The Blond (Allan) and The Dark Haired One (Hennessey) attempt to transcend the banality of identity and the terror of consciousness through cosplay, anglophilia, critical theory and song. Featuring never before seen OTPs and original musical numbers.
